The name "Fiorir de Soreie," which means "the blossoming of the sun" in the Ladin dialect of Fassa, tells the story of this unique landscape. The estate, a symbol of sustainability and artisanal passion, brings Trentino's identity to life through manual harvesting and careful vinification.The vineyards are located in the heart of Trentino, in a landscape dominated by the Dolomites, on soils that give the wine freshness, elegance and a distinct territorial identity.
Cabernet Franc is grown with care and respect for the environment, with manual harvesting and careful selection of grapes to best express the varietal's characteristics.
The artisanal vinification focuses on preserving the wine's fresh aromas and natural fluidity, with a temperature-controlled fermentation that maximizes the rosé's fruity and floral character.
APPEARANCE: Intense and luminescent pink, with warm reflexes that evoke the colors of the Dolomites at sunset.
SCENT: Fresh and inviting, with aromas of small red fruits and delicate herbaceous accents.

Azienda Agricola Matté was founded in 2019 in Volano, in the heart of Trentino, by Bruno and Michele Matté. The brothers chose to continue their family’s wine tradition, which began in 1946 with the founding of the Dieci Torri company by their great-grandfather Mario.
