Bagliesi - Terre Di Totò - Grillo - DOC - BIO
This Grillo DOC Sicilia BIO is produced in Contrada Cammuto, in the area of Naro (AG), from vineyards led according to the spalliera system with Guyot pruning and an average yield of 80 q.li per hectare. Harvest begins in the first decade of September, when the balance between ripeness and freshness best expresses the grape's character. Vinification is done in white, with fermentation at controlled temperatures between 11 and 14 °C, to maintain aromatic integrity and precision. The result is a wine that reflects the Mediterranean identity of the Grillo grape, while maintaining elegance and tension.APPEARANCE: Bright and vibrant, straw yellow with greenish reflections.
SCENT: A bouquet in which delicate notes of flowers merge with the softness of white fruit.
TASTE: Fresh and refined, with a pleasant saltiness accompanying the flavor. Balanced and harmonious.
PRODUCTION: White wine - Grillo DOC Sicilia
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 °C

The company covers 25 hectares in the province of Agrigento, including 20 hectares in Contrada Cammuto, in the territory of Naro, and 5 hectares in Contrada Giangaragano, in the territory of Ravanusa.
