Russiàn - Collio - Ribolla Gialla - DOC
The Ribolla Gialla 2025 - Collio DOC is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla, a native grape variety from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, historically strongly linked to the Collio area. The vineyards are on soils of flysch (marl and sandstone of Eocene origin), typical of the region and determining finesse and minerality. The vines are managed according to the Guyot system and managed according to principles of integrated crop protection. The harvest is done manually in the third decade of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to maintain aromatic purity and freshness. The wine has an aging potential of 4 to 6 years.EXPERIENCE: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
SCENT: Balanced and refined, with fruity and exotic notes and a hint of fresh flowers.
TASTING: Pure, full-bodied and harmonious, with a nice freshness and good balance.
PRODUCTION: White wine - Collio DOC
ALCOHOL: 12.5%

Near the evocative Plessiva Park, the Russian family passes on its knowledge and know-how from grandparents Stanko and Maria, through Aldo and Vida, to Sabina and Denis today. They work their vineyards with experience and technique.A wine experience for everyone who wants to enjoy the panorama of the famous Collio Goriziano, while enjoying a good glass of wine and local dishes, with the possibility of staying overnight in the rooms of our agriturismo.
