Bagliesi – Nero Saraceno – Nero d’Avola – DOC<\/h1>\r\nThis wine is produced in the area C.da Giangaragano, in the municipality of Ravanusa (AG), and is made from Nero d’Avola grapes, with DOC Sicilia designation. The vineyards are managed according to the espalier system and pruned using the cordon spur method, with an average yield of about 70 quintals per hectare. The harvest usually takes place in the third ten days of September.

\r\nVinification is done using the traditional red wine method, with regular over-pumping during fermentation, which takes place at temperatures between 28 and 30 \u00b0C. The wine matures for 8 to 12 months in French oak tonneaux, after which it evolves further in bottle.

\r\n\r\nAPPEARANCE: Garnet red with light orange reflections.

\r\n\r\nSCENT: Pleasant, with aromas of ripe red fruits, particularly cherry and morel. In the background subtle notes of forest fruits and toasted accents.

\r\n\r\nTASTE: Dry and harmonious, with balanced tannins; soft and very persistent, with a velvety texture and a slightly bittersweet finish.
