Antica Cascina dei Conti di Roero- Roero Arneis Vezza d’Alba – Arneis – DOCG – BIO<\/h1>\r\nThe Roero Arneis DOCG Vezza d’Alba is made from 100% Arneis, a native grape variety of the Roero, grown on sandy soils of maritime origin in the municipality of Vezza d’Alba. The presence of fossil remains in the subsoil contributes to the wine’s mineral character and balance.\r\n\r\nHarvest takes place in mid-September, with manual picking in small crates. Vinification includes gentle pressing without skin softening and slow fermentation at controlled temperatures between 16 and 17\u00b0C, to preserve aromatic finesse and purity. Aging occurs for six months in stainless steel.\r\n\r\nIt is an Arneis that can develop positively over several years, gaining complexity without losing its freshness and structure.

\r\n\r\nAPPEARANCE: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

\r\n\r\nSCENT: Delicate and floral, with aromas of white flowers, acacia and chamomile, complemented by light honey and mineral nuances.

\r\n\r\nTASTE: Balanced and harmonious, with good structure and pronounced minerality. The finish is persistent, with floral and subtly fruity notes.
