La Corte – La Salere – Barbera – DOCG – BIO<\/h1>\r\nThe Le Salere – Nizza DOCG Organic is made from 100% Barbera, a native Piedmont grape variety grown in the province of Asti, in the heart of the Nizza area, considered the most prestigious expression of the Barbera grape.\r\nThe vineyards are managed according to the Guyot system on loose, clay-rich soils, ideal for concentration and aromatic depth. The harvest takes place manually in October in crates.\r\nVinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (23-24 \u00b0C), followed by aging for about 18 months in wooden barrels, providing structure, complexity and balance.

\r\nAPPEARANCE: Intense ruby red, evolving into garnet tones.

\r\nSCENT: Complex, with aromas of red fruits, ripe plum and amarena cherry, complemented by elegant spicy nuances.

\r\nTASTE: Full, soft and round, with powerful structure and a very long, lingering finish.
