Masseria Torricella – Ad Astra – Minutolo – IGP – BIO<\/h1>\r\nThe Puglia IGP Minutolo “Ad Astra” 2024 is made from 100% Minutolo, a native grape variety, and is produced according to the ancestrale method as p\u00e9t-nat (p\u00e9tillant naturel). A lively and playful wine that refers to the charm of traditional winemaking, where the refermentation in bottle takes place naturally thanks to the yeasts present. \r\n

\r\nThe vineyards are located about 400 meters above sea level, with a southern exposure, on calcareous and clay-rich soils that contribute to freshness and aromatic finesse.\r\n

\r\nThe vineyards are organically managed and managed according to the Guyot system, with a planting density of about 5,000 vines per hectare. The vines, planted in 2000, yield about 65 q.li per hectare. Harvesting takes place in the first half of September to maintain freshness and tension. \r\n

\r\nVinification begins with gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (about 14\u00b0C) for about 15 days. The wine is then bottled to complete the fermentation, creating a natural and fine mousse. The wine then matures for approximately 2 months sur lie and a minimum of 6 months further in bottle.

\r\nAPPEARANCE: Straw yellow with a slight natural cloudiness.

\r\nSCENT: Fresh and expressive, with aromas of white peach, almond confiserie and orange blossom, complemented by floral notes and a subtle hint of honey.

\r\nTASTE: Lively and supple, with a fine and integrated mousse. Nicely balanced, with a slight creaminess from the yeasts and a fresh, harmonious finish.
