The name “Fiorir de Soreie,” which means “the blossoming of the sun” in the Ladin dialect of Fassa, tells the story of this unique landscape. The estate, a symbol of sustainability and artisanal passion, brings Trentino’s identity to life through manual harvesting and careful vinification.

\nThe vineyards are located in the heart of Trentino, in a landscape dominated by the Dolomites, on soils that give the wine freshness, elegance and a distinct territorial identity.

\nCabernet Franc is grown with care and respect for the environment, with manual harvesting and careful selection of grapes to best express the varietal’s characteristics.
